Accessibility & Nondiscrimination
Care online should be usable by everyone. Here is what we commit to, and how to tell us when we fall short.
Last updated September 2, 2026. Applies to residents of Florida and New York using YourOnlineDr.com.
Accessibility commitment
We design and test our site and member portal against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA: keyboard-only navigation, visible focus, readable contrast, text alternatives for images, and labelled form fields.
Type sizes and contrast are chosen for readability, including for older adults and people using screen magnification.
Assistance during a visit
If video is difficult to use, we can conduct eligible visits by audio or through secure messaging. Tell us your preference and we will note it in your record.
You may have a family member, caregiver, or interpreter join your visit. Language assistance is available at no cost to you — ask before your appointment so we can arrange it.
Nondiscrimination
We provide care without discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, ethnicity, religion, age, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, pregnancy, marital status, veteran status, or source of payment.
Clinical decisions are based only on medical appropriateness and applicable law.
Reporting a barrier
If any part of this site or portal is difficult to use, email accessibility@youronlinedr.com with the page and what happened. We aim to acknowledge within two business days and will provide the information or service in an alternate format while we fix the underlying issue.
