What your membership includes

Membership covers your visits with your care team, follow-up, secure messaging, and prescription management for the conditions we treat, for as long as the membership is active.

Membership does not include the cost of medications, laboratory testing, imaging, or care delivered by outside providers. Those are billed by the pharmacy, lab, or provider directly.

How billing works

Memberships are billed monthly in advance at the price shown at checkout and renew automatically on the same day each month until you cancel. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes.

We will notify you before any price change takes effect, and you may cancel before the next renewal if you do not accept it.

If a payment fails, we retry and notify you. Access to non-urgent services may pause until the balance is resolved. We never withhold urgent clinical information because of a billing issue.

Insurance and self-pay

Membership is a self-pay service. Where insurance is accepted for specific services, we will tell you before the service is delivered and you remain responsible for any amount your plan does not cover.

On request we provide an itemized receipt you can submit to your plan, HSA, or FSA.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your member portal, or by messaging support. There are no cancellation fees and no phone call is required.

Cancellation stops all future charges and remains in effect through the end of the period you already paid for. Your medical record is retained as required by law and you may request a copy after cancelling.

Refunds

If you cancel within 7 days of your first charge and have not yet completed a clinical visit, we refund that charge in full.

We refund duplicate charges, charges made after a confirmed cancellation, and charges for a visit we could not deliver — including when we determine you are outside our licensed states or outside our clinical scope.

Completed visits, clinician review of an intake, and partial months are generally not refundable. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us within 60 days and we will investigate and respond in writing.

Questions or requests

Contact our privacy and compliance team through secure messaging in your member portal, or by email at privacy@youronlinedr.com. We respond to privacy requests within 30 days.

This service is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
