Terms of Use

By creating an account or using our services you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Last updated September 2, 2026. Applies to residents of Florida and New York using YourOnlineDr.com.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, physically located in Florida or New York at the time of your visit, and able to provide accurate identity and medical history information.

Care for minors is available only when requested and consented to by a parent or legal guardian on the account.

What the service is — and is not

We provide non-emergency telehealth visits, follow-up, and secure messaging with licensed clinicians. Clinical decisions are made by the clinician, not by the website.

This service is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, suicidal thoughts, stroke symptoms, or any other emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Some conditions cannot be safely evaluated online. Your clinician may decline treatment and refer you to in-person care.

Prescriptions

No prescription is guaranteed. Prescribing requires a clinician evaluation, medical necessity, and compliance with federal and state law. Requesting a specific medication is not a guarantee that it will be prescribed.

Controlled substances, including testosterone, require additional identity verification, labs, and monitoring, and may not be available in all circumstances.

Prescriptions are sent to the licensed U.S. pharmacy you choose. Medication cost is separate from your membership unless expressly stated.

Membership, payment, and cancellation

Memberships bill monthly in advance at the price shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.

You may cancel at any time from your member portal. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Billing & refunds policy for details.

Your responsibilities

Provide complete and truthful health information, keep your account credentials private, and do not share your account. Misuse — including attempting to obtain medications through false statements — may result in immediate termination and, where required, reporting to authorities.

Do not use secure messaging for urgent issues; messages are reviewed during posted support hours.

Intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability

All site content, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Educational content on this site is general information and not individual medical advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and our aggregate liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for professional negligence in the delivery of medical care.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which you receive care, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Complaints about clinical care may also be directed to the applicable state medical or nursing board.

We will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing formal proceedings. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, where required, notified to you before they take effect.
