Men's health

Testosterone, hair, weight — tested, not guessed.

Four programs. One clinician in FL, NY who keeps your chart, reads your own labs, and tells you when the answer is no. Nothing here ships off a questionnaire.

What we treat

Start with testosterone. Or with whatever's actually bothering you.

Most requested program

Testosterone & hormone assessment (TRT)

Flat energy, no drive, brain fog, strength going backwards. It can be low testosterone — or thyroid, sleep apnea, alcohol, or depression. We test first, treat only when the labs and the exam agree, and monitor you properly if therapy starts.

$99
Per month, labs and follow-up included
  • Symptom, sleep and history review with a licensed clinician
  • Two confirmatory morning testosterone panels before anything starts
  • Full risk, benefit and alternatives talk — including fertility impact
  • Ongoing monitoring (blood counts, PSA, lipids, estradiol) on therapy
  • An honest 'no' when TRT isn't safe or isn't the real problem

Prescribing noteTestosterone is a controlled substance. Prescribed only after labs and evaluation, only where state rules allow, and never on request alone.

Hair loss & balding

Male-pattern loss is progressive, and the hair you keep is easier to hold than the hair you regrow. Your clinician confirms the pattern and rules out other causes before prescribing.

  • Photo-based evaluation of pattern, density and progression
  • Screening for thyroid, iron and hormonal causes when indicated
  • FDA-approved oral and topical options, alone or combined
  • Straight expectations: maintenance is realistic, regrowth varies
  • Follow-up photo reviews to track response and adjust

Prescribing noteCommonly prescribed: finasteride, minoxidil and combination protocols — after evaluation. Side effects, including sexual side effects, are discussed plainly before you start.

Erectile dysfunction

ED is common, usually treatable, and sometimes the first warning sign of cardiovascular or metabolic disease. We treat it — and we find out why it's happening.

  • Private evaluation with your own clinician, not a script mill
  • Screening for blood pressure, diabetes, hormone and medication causes
  • FDA-approved ED medication when appropriate
  • Sleep, alcohol, stress and mood addressed instead of ignored
  • Referral for in-person workup when the picture calls for it

Prescribing noteCommonly prescribed: sildenafil, tadalafil and related medications — after evaluation, with interaction screening (especially nitrates).

Getting in shape — fat loss & muscle

Cutting weight is easy to do badly. Losing fat while holding muscle takes protein targets, resistance training and, when medically appropriate, GLP-1 support with real monitoring.

  • Metabolic labs: A1c, lipids, liver, thyroid, testosterone where relevant
  • GLP-1 medication (semaglutide, tirzepatide) when clinically indicated
  • Protein and training targets built to protect lean mass
  • Monthly reviews, dose titration and side-effect management
  • An exit plan for when you hit your target

Prescribing noteGLP-1 medications require a prescription, medical eligibility and ongoing supervision. They are never guaranteed and are not appropriate for every patient.

Getting in shape

Lose the fat. Keep the muscle.

Most men who lose weight fast lose muscle with it, then rebound. Your plan sets a protein floor, keeps resistance training non-negotiable, and uses medication only where it's clinically justified — with labs before and during.

  • Baseline metabolic labs before any medication
  • Protein, sleep and training targets you can actually hold
  • GLP-1 support when eligibility and history support it
  • Monthly weight, waist and lab trend review
  • Hormone status factored in, not treated in a silo

The panel

What we look at before we prescribe.

Exact orders depend on your history and program, but this is the shape of a men's baseline. Draws happen at a partner lab near you and results land in your chart with a clinician's interpretation.

Men's baseline requisition

8 markers

  • 01Total & free testosterone
  • 02LH / FSH
  • 03Estradiol (sensitive)
  • 04CBC & hematocrit
  • 05PSA (age-appropriate)
  • 06A1c & lipid panel
  • 07TSH
  • 08Comprehensive metabolic panel

Exact orders are set by your clinician. Draws happen at a partner lab near you; results land in your chart with a written interpretation.

Timeline

What the first 30 days actually look like.

No mystery timeline. Here is what happens, when it happens, and what we need from you.

  1. Day 1

    Intake, 12 minutes

Symptoms, history, medications and goals. Your clinician has it the same day, and lab orders go out if your answers call for them.

  2. Days 2–5

    Labs drawn

Walk into a partner draw site near you — fasted, morning, no appointment needed. Most panels resolve in 48 to 72 hours.

  3. Week 2

    Video visit & plan

You read your own numbers with your clinician. Risks, alternatives and what treatment does and doesn't fix. If it's a no, you hear why.

  4. Week 4

    First adjustment

Follow-up on how you actually feel, dose changes where needed, repeat labs scheduled for programs that require them.

Prescribing standards

All prescribing is subject to a licensed clinician's evaluation, medical necessity and the laws of the state you are in during your visit. No medication — including testosterone, GLP-1s, ED medication or hormone therapy — is guaranteed. If a program isn't safe or appropriate for you, your clinician will say so and help you find the right alternative.
