Your care team
A licensed clinician who knows your name, your history and your labs.
Care is delivered by physicians and nurse practitioners licensed in FL, NY. Credentials are verified before anyone treats a patient, and you keep the same clinician instead of restarting your story with a stranger every visit.

How we credential clinicians
Before a first patient, and at renewal.
- 01
License verification
Every clinician's license is verified directly with the Florida and/or New York state board before they see a single patient, and re-checked at renewal.
- 02
Board certification & training
Physicians are board-certified; nurse practitioners hold current national certification. We confirm education, training and certification, not just a résumé claim.
- 03
Background & sanction checks
DEA registration where applicable, NPI validation, malpractice history and federal exclusion checks are reviewed at onboarding.
- 04
Scope agreement
Each clinician practices inside a written scope. Nurse practitioners work within New York and Florida NP scope rules; anything outside it is escalated to a physician, not improvised.
What your clinician is responsible for
The part most online care skips.
They own your chart
The clinician assigned to you reads your intake, your history and your results — every time. No handoff to whoever is on shift.
They close the loop on results
Labs are reviewed, explained in plain language and acted on. Nothing sits in a portal waiting for you to interpret it.
They tell you no when it matters
If a medication isn't safe, isn't indicated, or the problem needs hands and imaging, you get a straight answer and a referral.
They stay reachable
Non-urgent questions go by secure message to your own clinician — not a generic support inbox.
This service is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
