What labs cost
Baseline and follow-up labs are ordered when clinically indicated and are billed by the lab network, not by us. Estimated ranges are shown in your portal before an order is released.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and physically located in FL, NY at the time of each visit. Some histories and medications fall outside our virtual scope; if so, we will tell you and help you find in-person care.
Membership pays for clinical evaluation and platform access — never for a specific prescription or outcome. Treatment decisions, including whether medication is appropriate, rest with your clinician and are subject to medical necessity and state law.
