Focused clinical programs

Men's and women's health, treated seriously.

Hormones, hair, sexual health and weight are the things people most often suffer through quietly — and the things online clinics most often treat carelessly. Our programs are built the other way: labs first, a licensed clinician in your state, honest risk conversations, and monitoring that doesn't disappear after the first prescription.

Men's health

TRT, hair loss and ED — evaluated, not auto-shipped.

The men's-health corner of telehealth has a reputation for rubber-stamping. We go the other direction: confirmatory labs, real contraindication screening and a clinician who will tell you when the answer is no.

Hair loss is one of the most common reasons men reach out — and one of the most treatable when caught early.

Testosterone & hormone assessment (TRT)

Fatigue, low drive, brain fog or a loss of muscle can have many causes. We test first, treat only when the labs and the evaluation say so, and monitor you properly if treatment starts.

  • Symptom and history review with a licensed clinician
  • Two confirmatory morning testosterone panels before any treatment
  • Full risk, benefit and alternatives discussion — including fertility impact
  • Ongoing lab monitoring (blood counts, PSA, lipids) if therapy begins
  • An honest 'no' when TRT isn't safe or right for you

Prescribing noteTestosterone is a controlled substance. Prescribed only after labs and evaluation, only where state rules allow, and never on request alone.

Hair loss & balding

Most male-pattern hair loss is treatable, and earlier treatment keeps more hair. Your clinician confirms the type of loss before prescribing anything.

  • Photo-based evaluation of pattern and progression
  • Screening for thyroid, iron and hormonal causes when indicated
  • FDA-approved oral and topical options, alone or combined
  • Honest expectations: maintenance is realistic, regrowth varies
  • Follow-up reviews to track response and adjust

Prescribing noteCommonly prescribed: finasteride, minoxidil and combination protocols — after evaluation. We discuss side effects plainly, including sexual side effects, before you start.

Erectile dysfunction

ED is common, usually treatable, and occasionally an early warning sign of cardiovascular or metabolic disease. We treat it — and we check why it's happening.

  • Private evaluation with your own clinician, not a script mill
  • Screening for blood pressure, diabetes, hormone and medication causes
  • FDA-approved ED medication when appropriate
  • Lifestyle, sleep and mental-health factors addressed, not ignored
  • Referral for in-person workup when the picture needs it

Prescribing noteCommonly prescribed: sildenafil, tadalafil and related medications — only after evaluation, with interaction screening (especially nitrates).

Women's health

Menopause, contraception and hormonal health — with follow-through.

Too many women are told their symptoms are "just stress" or "just aging." Our clinicians take the history seriously, test where testing helps, and stay with you while treatment is adjusted.

Menopause & perimenopause

Hot flashes, sleep disruption, mood changes and brain fog are real and treatable. Your clinician reviews your full history before discussing hormonal or non-hormonal options.

  • Structured symptom and cycle review
  • Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) discussion where appropriate
  • Non-hormonal options when HRT isn't right for you
  • Bone, heart and metabolic risk review alongside symptoms
  • Scheduled follow-up — dosing is adjusted, not abandoned

Prescribing noteTreatment may include hormonal or non-hormonal prescriptions after a full risk review, including personal and family history of breast cancer, clotting and cardiovascular disease.

Sexual & reproductive health

Contraception, infections, STI testing and intimate-health concerns — handled privately, without a waiting room, by a clinician who keeps your chart.

  • Birth control initiation, continuation and switching
  • STI testing, treatment and partner guidance
  • Yeast and bacterial infection treatment
  • Urinary tract infection evaluation and treatment
  • Fertility and cycle questions answered by a clinician

Prescribing noteCommonly prescribed: contraception, STI treatment, antifungals and antibiotics where indicated — after evaluation and any needed labs.

Hair, skin & hormonal changes

Female-pattern hair thinning, hormonal acne and skin changes often trace back to hormones, thyroid or iron. We look for the cause, not just the cream.

  • Evaluation of thinning hair, shedding and pattern loss
  • Hormonal acne assessment and treatment
  • Thyroid, iron and hormone labs when indicated
  • Topical, oral and lifestyle treatment plans
  • Coordination with dermatology when specialist care is the better call

Prescribing noteCommonly prescribed: topical and oral hair-loss treatments, hormonal and non-hormonal acne medication — selected after evaluation.

Weight & metabolic health

GLP-1 weight management, with the monitoring these medications demand.

Semaglutide, tirzepatide and related medications can be genuinely effective — and genuinely wrong for some patients. Our program pairs them with baseline labs, nutrition and activity planning, side-effect monitoring and monthly reviews, so treatment is a managed plan rather than a monthly refill.

  • Medical eligibility evaluation — BMI, history, contraindications
  • Baseline labs before starting, repeat labs as indicated
  • GLP-1 medication when clinically appropriate, sent to your pharmacy
  • Monthly progress reviews and dose titration with your clinician
  • Muscle-preservation nutrition and activity guidance
  • An exit plan — what happens when you reach your goal

GLP-1 program

Semaglutide and tirzepatide require a prescription and ongoing medical supervision. They are prescribed only after evaluation, only when clinically appropriate, and are never guaranteed. Brand-name and compounded availability varies and is discussed openly during your visit.

A note on peptides

You'll see "peptide therapy" advertised everywhere. The honest position: some peptides are FDA-approved medications (several GLP-1s are peptides), while many others marketed online are not approved, not well studied, or not legally prescribable. Our clinicians discuss evidence openly and prescribe only what is legal, appropriate and defensible for your situation — we won't sell you a trend.

The whole picture

Weight, sleep, mood, hormones and medication interact. Because you keep the same clinician across every program, nothing gets treated in isolation.

How every program runs

The same clinical spine, whatever you're being treated for.

  1. 01

    Tell us what's going on

A focused online intake about your symptoms, history and goals. No waiting room, no judgment.

  2. 02

    Labs when they matter

Hormone, metabolic and confirmatory testing at a draw site near you. We don't prescribe blind — programs like TRT require lab confirmation before anything starts.

  3. 03

    Clinician review & plan

A licensed clinician in your state reviews everything, discusses risks and alternatives on a video visit, and only then builds your plan.

  4. 04

    Treat, monitor, adjust

Prescriptions to your pharmacy, scheduled follow-ups, repeat labs where the medicine requires them, and dose adjustments based on how you actually respond.

All prescribing is subject to a licensed clinician's evaluation, medical necessity and the laws of the state you are in during your visit. No medication — including testosterone, GLP-1s, ED medication or hormone therapy — is guaranteed. If a program isn't safe or appropriate for you, your clinician will say so and help you find the right alternative.
