Women's health

You're not imagining it. Let's find out what it is.

Too many women get told their symptoms are "just stress" or "just aging." Our clinicians in FL, NY take the history seriously, test where testing helps, and stay with you while treatment is adjusted — hormones, hair, energy and strength in one plan.

What we treat

Start with the hormones. Or with whatever's been dismissed the longest.

Most requested program

Menopause & perimenopause

Hot flashes, broken sleep, mood swings, brain fog and a body that suddenly responds differently. These are real, they are treatable, and they are not something to wait out.

4 wks
Follow-up window after starting therapy
$99
Per month, labs and follow-up included
  • Structured symptom, cycle and history review
  • Hormone therapy (HRT) discussion when it's appropriate for you
  • Non-hormonal options when HRT isn't the right fit
  • Bone, heart and metabolic risk reviewed alongside symptoms
  • Scheduled follow-up — dosing gets adjusted, not abandoned

Prescribing noteHormonal and non-hormonal prescriptions follow a full risk review, including personal and family history of breast cancer, clotting and cardiovascular disease.

Hair thinning, skin & hormonal changes

Female hair loss is rarely just genetics. Thyroid, iron, ferritin, postpartum shifts and hormones all show up in the pattern — so we look for the cause before reaching for a cream.

  • Evaluation of shedding, density and pattern with photos
  • Thyroid, iron/ferritin and hormone labs when indicated
  • Topical and oral hair treatments selected for women
  • Hormonal acne and skin-change assessment
  • Dermatology referral when specialist care is the better call

Prescribing noteCommonly prescribed: topical minoxidil, spironolactone and hormonal or non-hormonal acne treatment — after evaluation and any needed labs.

Sexual & reproductive health

Contraception, infections, STI testing and intimate-health concerns — handled privately, without a waiting room, by a clinician who keeps your chart.

  • Birth control initiation, continuation and switching
  • STI testing, treatment and partner guidance
  • Yeast and bacterial infection treatment
  • UTI evaluation and treatment
  • Low libido, painful sex and cycle questions taken seriously

Prescribing noteCommonly prescribed: contraception, antifungals, antibiotics and STI treatment where indicated — after evaluation and any needed labs.

Weight, metabolism & strength

Weight change through perimenopause isn't a willpower problem. We treat it as a metabolic and hormonal one: labs, muscle-protective nutrition, and GLP-1 support only where it's clinically right.

  • Metabolic labs: A1c, lipids, thyroid, liver, iron
  • GLP-1 medication (semaglutide, tirzepatide) when clinically indicated
  • Protein and resistance-training targets to protect lean mass and bone
  • Monthly reviews, dose titration and side-effect management
  • Coordination with hormone care instead of separate plans

Prescribing noteGLP-1 medications require a prescription, medical eligibility and ongoing supervision. They are not appropriate during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and are never guaranteed.

Energy & strength

Feeling strong again is a clinical goal.

Muscle and bone are the two things most worth protecting through your forties and fifties. Whether or not medication is part of your plan, the program is built around protein, resistance training, sleep and iron status — the levers that actually move energy.

  • Iron, ferritin and thyroid checked before blaming fatigue on age
  • Protein and strength-training targets that fit a real week
  • Bone-health planning alongside hormone decisions
  • GLP-1 support only where eligibility and history support it
  • Mood, sleep and cycle tracked together, not separately

The panel

What we look at before we prescribe.

Exact orders depend on your history, cycle stage and program. Draws happen at a partner lab near you, and results land in your chart with a clinician's interpretation — not a raw PDF.

Timeline

What the first 30 days actually look like.

No vague timeline. Here is what happens, when it happens, and what we need from you.

  1. Day 1

    Intake, 12 minutes

Symptoms, cycle history, medications and what you have already been told. Your clinician reads it the same day and orders labs if they will change the plan.

  2. Days 2–5

    Labs drawn

A partner draw site near you, no appointment needed. Thyroid, iron and metabolic markers usually resolve in 48 to 72 hours.

  3. Week 2

    Video visit & plan

You go through your own results with your clinician. Hormonal and non-hormonal options, risks specific to your history, and a plan you agreed to.

  4. Week 4

    First adjustment

Dosing is reviewed against how you actually feel — sleep, flashes, mood, energy — and changed rather than left alone.

Prescribing standards

All prescribing is subject to a licensed clinician's evaluation, medical necessity and the laws of the state you are in during your visit. No medication — including testosterone, GLP-1s, ED medication or hormone therapy — is guaranteed. If a program isn't safe or appropriate for you, your clinician will say so and help you find the right alternative.
