Where do you provide care?

Florida and New York only. Every clinician who treats you holds an active license in the state you are physically located in during the visit. If you are outside FL or NY we cannot see you, and we will tell you before you pay anything.

Do I need an appointment, or can I be seen today?

Both. You can book a scheduled visit with your own clinician, or start with a same-day request when something comes up. Non-urgent questions are answered by secure message, usually within a couple of hours during support hours.

What do I need for a video visit?

A phone, tablet or computer with a camera and microphone, and a private place to talk. Our visit lobby runs a camera and mic check before you join so nothing goes wrong at the start of your appointment.

Will I see the same doctor each time?

Yes — that is the point. You are assigned a clinician who keeps your chart, knows your history and follows up on your results. You are not routed to whoever happens to be free.

Can my family use one membership?

How much does it cost?

Membership is a flat monthly fee — $99/month for an individual and $169/month for a couple. It covers your visits, secure messaging with your clinician and follow-up. Labs, imaging and medications are billed separately by the lab or pharmacy that provides them.

Do you take insurance?

Membership is self-pay, which is why the price is predictable and there is no surprise bill. You can still use insurance for labs, imaging and prescriptions at your own pharmacy, and we can provide an itemized receipt to submit to an HSA/FSA or your plan. Coverage decisions are always your insurer's, not ours.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Membership is month to month and you can cancel before your next billing date. Full terms are on the billing and refunds page.

Are there hidden fees per visit?

No per-visit charge for care included in your membership. Anything outside it — a lab panel, an imaging order, a medication — is priced by the provider of that service and disclosed before you agree to it.

Can you prescribe medication online?

When it is clinically appropriate, yes. Prescribing is never automatic and never guaranteed: a licensed clinician reviews your intake, history and — where indicated — labs first. If a medication is not safe or not right for you, we will say so and explain the alternatives.

Which pharmacy do you send prescriptions to?

The licensed US pharmacy you choose, including the one down the street from you. There is no mail-order lock-in.

Question 12

Can you prescribe GLP-1 medication for weight loss?

Accepted Answer

Medical weight management, including GLP-1 therapy such as semaglutide or tirzepatide, is offered where clinically indicated after evaluation and baseline labs, with ongoing monitoring. Eligibility depends on your health history, not on a checkbox.

Do you prescribe testosterone (TRT)?

We evaluate for it. Testosterone is a controlled substance, so it requires confirmatory morning lab panels, a full risk and benefit discussion, identity and licensure verification, and ongoing monitoring. Some situations cannot be handled by telehealth at all, and we will refer you in person when that is the case.

How do labs work?

Your clinician orders the panel, you draw at a local lab, and results come back into your chart. You get an explanation of what the numbers mean and what happens next — results are never left sitting unread.

Will you prescribe antibiotics or controlled substances on request?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not prescribe on demand, and we do not treat conditions that need a physical exam, imaging or in-person care. We will tell you when a clinic or emergency department is the right place to go.

Who can see my health record?

The clinicians involved in your care, and staff who need access to run the practice. Access is role-based and logged. We do not sell health information and we do not use it for advertising.

Is the platform HIPAA compliant?

We build and operate with HIPAA-oriented safeguards — encryption, least-privilege access and audit trails. HIPAA has no certification body, so no honest provider can hand you a HIPAA certificate. Our Notice of Privacy Practices describes exactly how your information is handled.

Can I get a copy of my records?

Yes. Your visit summaries, care plan and documents are in your portal, and you can request a full copy of your record at any time.

Are visits recorded?

Accepted Answer

No. Video visits are not recorded. Your clinician documents the encounter in your chart, the same as an in-person visit.

What if I have an emergency?

Accepted Answer

Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Telehealth is not for emergencies — chest pain, trouble breathing, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, or thoughts of harming yourself need immediate in-person care.

What if I need care in person?

We will refer you. Part of good telehealth is recognizing quickly when a problem needs hands, imaging or a hospital, and getting you there instead of stalling.
