The member journey
six steps- 01
Confirm eligibility
We serve Florida and New York only. Before anything else we confirm the state you will be located in during your visit, and your age.
- 02
Choose a membership
$99/month individual or $169/month couple. Membership covers access to virtual evaluation, messaging and follow-up — it is not insurance.
- 03
Complete intake
A structured health history for your care line, plus versioned telehealth and privacy acknowledgements captured with a timestamp and device record.
- 04
Get matched
A licensed physician or nurse practitioner licensed in your state reviews your intake and accepts, requests more information, or declines with an explanation.
- 05
Meet your clinician
Join a secure visit lobby with a camera and microphone check. Your clinician evaluates, documents and signs the encounter.
- 06
Follow through
Care plan, secure messaging, labs where indicated, and prescription or pharmacy status when a clinician determines therapy is appropriate.
What we handle online
Everyday illness
Colds, sinus and throat infections, UTIs, rashes, allergies and stomach bugs — assessed by video or message, with prescriptions sent to your pharmacy when appropriate.
Checkups & ongoing conditions
Wellness reviews, blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, thyroid, refills, lab orders and referrals, with the same clinician following your progress.
Mental health & lifestyle programs
Anxiety, stress, sleep and mood support, plus structured weight and hormone-health programs. Any medication follows clinician evaluation and state rules.
How your information is handled
Your health record belongs to you and is accessed only by the clinicians responsible for your care. Administrative staff can help with scheduling and membership, but they cannot view clinical notes, intake answers, messages, or documents.
- Patients see only their own record; clinicians see records only for patients they serve.
- Administrative roles cannot read intake answers, encounter notes, secure messages, or documents.
- Telehealth consent and the privacy notice are versioned; each acknowledgement is retained.
- Sessions time out after inactivity and sign-out clears cached clinical data.
- This preview uses fictional demo records only.
Our virtual care practice is designed to be HIPAA-oriented; it is not certified or validated as compliant, and no such claim is made. Legal, compliance and security review plus executed Business Associate Agreements are required before real patient information is handled. Nothing here is medical advice, and no treatment or prescription is guaranteed — all care is subject to clinician evaluation and the rules of Florida or New York. If this is an emergency, call 911.
